2. Media Review

We did a search of the main communications media in the nation under study, as well as the main productions that exist on this topic. We mainly did the search in media and sources that have a web page.

For the United States, due to the ample supply of existing communications media, we made emphasis on the media aimed at or that took into account migrants and transnational communities as their public or the topic of their productions. For the other nations, we took into account the most outstanding media or the media most relevant for our case study.

We focused the search on the elements listed below.
